Know what's happening.
Know who's coming.

One app for the whole week, and the group chat beside it.

Built by a college athlete who was tired of five apps.

The week, settled before Monday

Practice, lift, film, meetings, travel and game day live on one calendar the whole program can see. Publish it once and every athlete has it on their phone. No thread to scroll back through, no version anyone has to guess at.

Who's actually going to be there

Every event carries its own roster. Athletes sign up or flag that they're out, capacity fills in front of you, and the count is right there when you're deciding whether to run the session at all.

  • Sign-ups and opt-outs, per event
  • Capacity limits for camps and lifts
  • Send it to the whole team, one position group, or a list you build
  • Recurring sessions generate the whole block at once

The group chat, where the schedule already is

Team-wide, position groups, or one athlete directly. The conversation sits next to the calendar it's about, so "what time is film?" stops being a message anyone has to send.

One app instead of five

Most programs are already running all of this. They're just running it in five places that don't talk to each other, and the athlete is the one who pays for it.

A group text nobody can search
A shared calendar half the team never added
A lifting app with its own login
An attendance clipboard
A spreadsheet only one coach maintains

Nexum

One login. One schedule. One place the whole program talks.

  • Team calendar with per-event rosters
  • Team, group and direct messaging
  • Attendance taken where the event lives
  • Lifts, PRs, wellness and weight
  • Announcements that reach every phone

And the numbers come free

Because the team already lives here, the performance side fills itself in. A thirty-second morning check-in, lifts logged at the rack, and you can see where the squad actually is, without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet to get it.

Readiness comes from what the athlete reports each morning: sleep, soreness, mental state, energy and hydration. It's a conversation starter for a coach, not a diagnosis, and it never replaces your medical staff.

I don't study this. I live it.

I'm a college football player and an information systems major. Every season I watched the same thing: the schedule in one place, the group chat in another, lifting in a third, and a coach retyping all of it into a spreadsheet at night.

So the thing I built first wasn't the analytics. It was the part that holds a team together: the calendar everyone actually opens and the conversation that happens around it. That's why it's called what it's called.

Nexum is built for the programs the enterprise platforms price out. If that's yours, I'd like to show you.

What we won't do

  • Sell or advertise against your program's data
  • Diagnose an injury or give medical advice
  • Let one program see another program's athletes
  • Charge you per athlete to add your own team

Built for a locker room, not a lab

Your program, sealed off

Every athlete, message and event is scoped to your team. Another program cannot see it, and neither can another coach who isn't on your staff.

Encrypted in transit

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted, and access is controlled by role. Athletes see their own data, coaches see their team's.

Live the week you sign

Setup is an invite code and a roster import. No integration project, no six-week onboarding, no professional services line item.

Questions coaches ask

Do my athletes have to download anything?
Nexum runs in a browser on any phone, and installs to the home screen like an app. There's nothing for an athlete to buy and no account for them to create. They join with your team's invite code.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Events can go to the whole team, a position group, or a custom list you build. Coaches see their program; athletes see their own data plus whatever the team shares. There's no cross-team visibility at all.
What happens to the group chat we already have?
You can run both for a few weeks if you want. Most of the reason to keep the old thread tends to disappear once the schedule and the roster live somewhere else. There's no import. You just start posting where the calendar is.
Is this a medical or injury-risk tool?
No. Athletes self-report how they're feeling and Nexum turns that into a readiness number so a coach knows who to check on. It doesn't diagnose anything, it doesn't predict injuries, and it isn't a substitute for your athletic training staff.
What does it cost?
One price for the program, not per athlete. We'd rather talk about your season than publish a table that doesn't fit it. Book a demo and we'll give you a number on the call.
